in Focus: Carmen Dell’Orefice
This morning The Today Show profiled Carmen Dell’Orefice, the 81 year old tour-de- force of the modeling world. She’s always been one of my favorites, and she just keeps getting better. Who can match that dramatic mane of white hair matched with striking hazel eyes? She was part of the documentary that aired recently on HBO, About Face, and shared some bits about her past. I was most stunned that she weighed just 90 pounds when she was 16 – and stood 5’9″ (can you say waifish?) I think she’s better than ever now.
